I'm very happy when the sun is shining. Except when I think about how it makes the grass grow.

The downside of sunshine is that it's hard for me to focus on, you know ... work. But I'm about to buckle down. Really.

The other downside is that I keep thinking of all the work I need to do around the house. This pretty weather just makes the grass want to grow and stuff, and that's not good.

It's baseball season, and I don't care much. Probably I care as little as I have in a long time, but I know the Mariners have been winning. And that retired M's star and clubhouse cutup Jay Buhner visited the team and played photo-op grab ass with the current crop of M's (who aren't as funny as him). Good times.

It's almost Easter, and I do care about that. The boys are potentially going to get a TON of toys. Easter was never THAT big of a holiday when I was growing up, but now it means more both in a spiritual sense (our church gives GREAT Easter) and a "getting crap from the Easter Bunny" sense.
